Positive: It’s was very peaceful for a weekend stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a swimming pool and tennis courts that we had the opportunity to use to ourselves due it being so quiet.
Negative: It was a little run down but acceptable for the price we paid. The fridge was a bit noisy.

Positive: The whole place is amazing and certainly has the potential to be absolutely incredible.
Negative: It had just changed Owner's so everything was closed, rundown, and not working. The Asian Owner's had no clue on how to run the establishment so we were given our own run of what we needed (towels etc) but upon arriving initially I was told to take what we needed and not to go and ask for anything else for the rest of the trip! Rude! The Wifi didn't work at all. The Pool was nice but they didn't run the filters so the chlorine was thick and smelly in the water. The Spa and Sauna didn't work either, the games room wasn't equipped to be used and the Pool table clothes was all ripped. There were no screens on the sliding doors so we had to have the air con on. The outdoor sinks and bbq were covered in cobwebs so I was too nervous to turn the gas on. And the gates to our little patio were strung together with ropes and odd bits of materials so we couldn't get in or out. And I was charged an extra $35 per night to have an extra child with me. Considering all the downfalls I shouldn't have been charged any extra at all.

Negative: General lack of maintenance around the hotel. What seems like was a nice hotel years ago, has been let run down. Is a pet friendly hotel and a dog in the next room kept barking.

Negative: Just some simple things like no bin in the room, hot water was often not available, bed didn't have a blanket which we asked for and given. There was no cutlery and only one glass. It was cheap accommodation, so you get what you pay for. Attention to detail and a little TLC, and the place could be really popular.

Positive: It wasn’t as bad as what people were saying online, but it definitely wasn’t perfect , it was clean so that’s a plus
Negative: They didn’t answer the phone in the office, office is always unattended, when you do get a hold of them, their English is very poor, and it was a challenge to get any hot water

Positive: This property is a little sad 😔 but the new managers are trying to correct this. The bed was clean and comfortable as we're the pillows. Grounds were good for my puppy 🐶
